Our partners are members of the Indonesian Society of Appraisers (MAPPI).
Knight Frank Indonesia is the first valuation company to undertake REIT listings of Indonesian assets in the Singapore Stock Exchange (i.e. the LMIR Trust in 2007 and the first REIT in 2006). We also did the valuation for the first Islamic Bond Issuance by a listed real estate company in 2009 (i.e. Sukuk Ijarah of Bakrieland in the Indonesia Stock Exchange).
